Dry Spell Ends / Measurable Snow Returns

Summary

A Pacific storm has begun to encroach into the Rockies. As of 7 AM Saturday, Lake Louise has reported 17 cm, Sunshine 10 cm and Marmot 3cm. Snow will be flying in fits and spurts into Sunday morning. Storm totals will range from 10 - 25 cm. Sunshine and Louise are best positioned for 20 - 25 cm. Colder, with light flurries on Sunday. Ridging returns Mon - Thurs, then unsettled from Fri - Sun.
