Canadian Rockies Daily Snow

Out With the Arctic / Dry and Warmer into the Weekend

Summary

The inhospitably frigid temperatures will begin a gradual rise starting Weds as a westerly flow develops. It was so cold on Mon and Tues that Nakiska and Marmot threw in the towel and closed. Cold holds were common at the SkiBig3 resorts and Castle. All should see operations return to normal sometime on Weds. Seasonal norms return by Thurs, but sadly, dry skies extend into next week.
