Copper Mountain Daily Snow

Warm and windy on Friday
Summary
Friday's weather will be warm with a high in the 30s, and winds will gust up to 20-40 mph. The weekend will be cooler, and our next chance for snow will be on Monday night.
Update
Friday's weather will start with partly cloudy skies and then transition to mostly sunny conditions for the midday and afternoon. Temperatures will be comfortable in the 30s, and winds will be gusty, reaching 20-40 mph.
Saturday and Sunday will be cooler with highs in the 20s, partly sunny skies, lighter winds, and more clouds with a chance for a few snow showers. I do not expect much/any accumulation.
Monday will be similar to the weekend with partly sunny skies and a high temperature in the 20s.
Then the next storm will bring snow from Monday night through Tuesday afternoon. I have high confidence in the timing of the storm and low confidence in the amount of snow, which ranges from 1-6 inches depending on what model we look at. A middle-of-the-road approach is reasonable, so we can likely pencil in 2-4 inches during this time, with a chance for a bit of powder at some point on Tuesday. Also, this storm will bring very cold air, and the high temperature on Tuesday will likely stay in the single digits, around 5-10°F.
After the storm, we should have dry and warmer weather from Wednesday, November 20 to Sunday, November 24.
Then during Thanksgiving week, it's likely that storms will return to the western U.S., and that will give us a chance for snow during the final few days of November.
My next update will be on Saturday morning.
