Snowy Saturday

Summary

Snow will fall for most of Saturday with soft-ish conditions on limited terrain.

Update

Friday was opening day and light snow fell with 2-3 inches of accumulation. Then an additional dusting to 1 inch accumulated on Friday night.

On Saturday, expect continued snowfall as a storm east of Colorado pushes moisture back into northern Colorado. The most likely snow amount is 2-4 inches, though, with abundant moisture in the air, the atmosphere could kick into high gear and drop 4+ inches of snow throughout the day. The high temperature will be in the mid-20s.

Sunday and Monday will be dry and mostly sunny with daytime high temperatures in the mid-to-upper 30s.

Tuesday will start with dry weather, then a fast-moving storm should deliver 1-3 inches of snow on Tuesday afternoon and Tuesday evening.

From Wednesday, November 13 to Sunday, November 17, we'll be in a mostly dry weather pattern with generally clear skies and high temperatures in the 30s to low 40s.

Then our next chance for snow will be around Monday, November 18.

My next update will be on Sunday morning.
