Final Post of the 2023-2024 Season

Summary

Thanks for reading the Telluride Daily Snow this season, and best wishes for a wonderful spring, summer, and fall!

Update

I appreciate your readership and support of the Telluride Daily Snow!

This 2023-2024 season at Telluride had a slow start and a strong finish.

November and December brought below-average snowfall, January's snowfall was about average, and then snowfall during February and March was above average (plus we saw 16 inches of snow during the first seven days of April).

While our snowpack was below average for the entire winter, significant storm cycles in January and February, plus consistent snow in March and early April, pushed us close to normal and we ended the season with 97% of the average snowpack.

I hope that you have a wonderful spring, summer, and fall, and again, thanks for reading the Telluride Daily Snow this season!
