A few flakes on Sunday and Tuesday
Summary
Weak storms will bring clouds and a few flakes on Sunday and Tuesday, otherwise, we'll see dry weather through about December 23. Then the chance for storms will increase during the final 7-8 days of December.

Sunday
On Saturday night, a weak storm dropped a few flakes, so there might be about 1 inch of new snow on Sunday morning.
Sunday will be a mixed day with mostly cloudy skies, times of dry weather, and times of snow showers. The snow accumulation could be anything from a dusting to 2 inches. The temperature will be colder with a high of around 20°F and winds will be gusty.
Monday
Monday will be mostly sunny and warmer with a high of around 30°F.
Tuesday
On Tuesday during the day, another weak storm may deliver a dusting to 2 inches of snow. The temperature will be cooler with a high in the low 20s and skies will be partly to mostly cloudy.
On Tuesday night, there is a low (but not zero) chance that the storm may dive a bit farther to the south and bring a brief period of steadier snow. If this happens, there could be slightly softer turns on Wednesday morning.
Wednesday, December 18 - Monday, December 23
For the six days from Wednesday to the following Monday, we'll likely see dry weather with high temperatures in the range of 30-35°F.
December 24 and beyond…
Starting on or around December 24, the weather pattern should become more favorable for storms to track near or over Colorado. It's still too soon to figure out the details, but at least the odds are increasing for snow at the end of the month. And the longer-range forecasts for early January continue to show a higher chance for colder and stormier weather.
For now, we have a solid base thanks to snowfall in late November, and the low sun angle of December will continue to preserve our snowpack, so we're in an okay spot to make it through the next nine-ish days before (hopefully) more significant snow arrives.
