Storm Totals / ‘Arctic Circle’ Mon & Tues / Relief by Weds-Thurs

Summary

Now we must deal with an Arctic airmass that will bring dangerously frigid temps on Monday and Tuesday. Temps moderate slightly Wednesday through Friday but will still be cold. Skies also dry out this week under a surface ridge of Arctic high-pressure.
