Scattered Cascade Snow with Atmospheric River to the South and East

Summary

Cold air and low snow levels have brought fluffy snow conditions to Oregon and the PNW. More of the same will occur early this week in the Cascades with scattered snow and high snow ratios, bringing 3-10 inches. The AR to the south will affect the southeastern half of Oregon with moderate to heavy snow with 10-24+ inches.
