Big Melt Through Thurs / Cooler, with SW MT Snow Fri – Sat

Summary

An upper-level ridge and southerly flow will bring massive warming to the Northern Rockies through Thurs. Record daytime highs could fall on Weds and possibly again on Thurs. A Pacific storm system then spreads cooler temps and unsettled skies with periods of light snow falling from Thu PM through Sat PM. SW Montana, closest to the storm’s core, will see up to 6” by Sat PM. Mainly dry on Sun.
