Light Snow to the North, Turning Colder Through the Weekend

Summary

A weak storm will bring light snow to the western and northern Mid-Atlantic on Wednesday. Snow accumulation will be a Trace-4 inches and will be elevation-dependent. Scattered lake effect snow will fall on Thursday. Another weak storm brings light snow throughout the Mid-Atlantic Friday with cold temperatures this weekend and more scattered lake effect snow.
