Summary
The exiting storm over the northern Rockies has underperformed due to warmer-than-expected temperatures (Low snow ratios), and decaying moisture. Low pressure is now centered over Arizona where ample moisture is pushing north into southern Colorado. Northern Colorado gets teased Sunday/Monday
