Forecast

The mountain is open through May 11th, and there is some fresh snow as of Wednesday morning.

It's not a lot of snow, but flakes did fall on Tuesday and Tuesday night, amounting to 1-2 inches of accumulation across the mountain.

The storm had a wind from the east, and the most intense precipitation (snow and rain) fell east of the continental divide, with little precipitation making it to Copper, which is west of the divide.

Wednesday will bring additional snow showers, mostly during the first half of the day, and the high temperature will be in the 30s.

Then Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (closing day!) will bring typical spring conditions with highs in the 40s and just a few afternoon clouds and showers each day.
