By Joel Gratz, Founding Meteorologist Posted 1 day ago April 19, 2025

Wow

Summary

From Thursday night to Friday night, total snowfall was 5-17 inches over the northern mountains, 4-8 inches in the central mountains, and 3-10 inches in the southern mountains. There were some surprisingly deep turns in the north on Friday morning, and with snow falling through Friday evening, the turns on Saturday morning should be soft and winter-like.
